MASTER PLANNING

Preparing master plan, showing a development plan, with indication of proposed building, facilities & utilities, infrastructure & future scope.

PLANNING & ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING & STRUCTURAL DESIGNING:

Study of various alternative scheme to arrive at the most suitable one, keeping in view the functional, economical & esthetical aspects.

Preparing machinery layout drawing (as per clients/process consultants) guidelines.

Preparing building plans, elevations & sections for various building such as process plant building, utility blocks, electric sub-station, Steam boiler, Air compressor room, Raw material & finished product godowns, office building, canteen, worker amenities building, guest house etc.

Preparing structural designs & drawings for RCC Structures (using equipment load data)

Preparing floor wise lay-out for grating, equipment support structures & operating platform locations.

Preparing design for all steel structure for sheds & buildings, plant equipment mounting structures, structures for material handling equipment, pipe racks, cable tray supports & pipe/cable support bridges etc.

Preparing bills of quantities & estimates.

DESIGNING FOR ELECTRICAL POWER, DISTRIBUTION, LIGHTING INSTALLATIONS:

Power requirement based on the data given by the machine manufacturer, & utility equipment Derive the capacity of substation consider future expansion also. Designing of HT/LT distribution system, PDB's, APFC system, cables Routing by trench & O/H cable treys etc.

Lighting: Industrial, Office & compound + security system.

DESIGNING FOR CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT:

Humidification, Ventilation and/or Air-conditioning system. This includes plants, distribution system, cooling towers & related electrical works.

Designing, detailed specification& selection of equipment's, Detailed specifications& bills of quantities, distribution system & related works.

PLANNING FOR UTILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES such as:

Steam: Boiler & its related Piping, IBR, Non IBR etc.

Compressed Air system: Compressors, dryer receiver& related piping design.

Water: Drinking, Treated water for process, Boiler (Softening, R/O, etc.).

E T P: Designing of plant & treatment process for Denim outlet + process.

Rain water discharge.

GENERAL SERVICES:

To prepare tender documents for various works for invitation of quotations, evaluate the tender received, prepare comparative study & submit for the commercial negotiation. After negotiation release the purchase order / work order with decided terms & conditions during negotiation meetings.

INSPECTION SERVICES:

To perform inspection services at manufacturer's works for the major items of equipment manufactured in India. Finalization of Inspection procedure, type of test & schedule.

Carrying out inspection jointly with Owners representative for all equipment's during procurement stage at manufacturer's work in India according to the agreed inspection & schedule in purchase order.
